📜 Terms and Conditions

Booking this holiday rental implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions by the guest. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

📅 The booking is considered confirmed once full or partial payment is received, according to the conditions of the platform used (Airbnb, Booking, etc.).

  • 💳 The guest authorizes the host to charge any security deposit for damages, if stated in the reservation.


2. Cancellations

🔄 The cancellation policy stated at the time of booking will apply.

  • ⚠️ The host is not responsible for cancellations due to weather conditions, flight delays, or personal issues.


3. Check-in and Check-out

⏰ Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. via self check-in with keypad access.

  • ⏳ Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m. Late check-outs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.


4. House Rules

🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

  • 🎉 Parties and events are not permitted.
  • 🐾 Pets are not allowed.
  • 🔧 Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and must report them as soon as possible.
  • 🚪 Guests must not open or force the owner's private locked closet.


5. Occupancy and Proper Use

👥 The number of guests must not exceed the one indicated in the reservation.

  • 🛏️ Towels and bed linen are for indoor use only. They must not be taken to the beach.
  • 💡 Please use water, electricity, and appliances responsibly.


6. Guest Identification

✍️ For security reasons, the host may request ID details prior to check-in, in accordance with local laws.


7. Liability and Personal Belongings

🎒 The host is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.


8. Cleaning and Maintenance

🧹 The apartment must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order.

  • 🗑️ Guests must dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins on the street according to the type of waste.


9. Local Regulations

📜 Guests agree to respect local ordinances and tourism laws of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.


10. Internet Usage

🌐 WiFi is provided for standard recreational or professional use. It may not be used for illegal activities or to infringe the rights of others.


11. Subletting or Transfer of Use

❌ Subletting or transferring the rental to third parties is strictly prohibited.


12. Right of Admission and Early Termination

🚫 The host reserves the right to cancel the stay without refund in case of serious rule violations or inappropriate behavior.


13. Force Majeure

🌪️ In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, utility outages, etc.), an alternative solution will be offered when possible, but a full refund is not guaranteed.


14. Legal Language

⚖️ In the event of discrepancies between translated versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
